The Minotaur in the Little Dark Room

Pain is pain.

No pain is too small to the bearer.

The only reason we compare our pain to others is to make it seem in comparison, that we aren't doing so badly.

There is no pain greater than the psychological. It tears at the root of our humanity and even manifests in the physical. It's one of the most destructive forces we can imagine. Some-times, we inflict physical pain on our-selves so as to distract us from our internal turmoil.

But, that even compounds the problems more and more.....

Now, at the end of the day; the only way to deal with psychological pain is to delve deep into our psyche- journey through the labyrinth, through the maze that is our mind and sink deep into our consciousness. We journey inwards till we arrive at the door to that little dark room that we never open, the one that holds the minotaur of our humanity.

The little room that houses what we hold from the out-side world.

The room we are afraid to open and look in-to ourselves.

The day we can walk walk in-to that room and confront head-long what lies with-in?

THAT, is the day we find redemption.

Peace to us all.
